Fall in a bottle
Another new favorite. I can see using this in a vinaigrette, as a grilling sauce and in desserts. I paired it with the butter evoo and made a bread-pudding like dessert. A reduction sauce on vanilla ice cream? OMG…
A Little Bit of Heaven
I use fancy oils and balsamic vinegars on a regular basis. I thought I had tasted all of the best balsamics had to offer until I tasted this one. This is delicate and has just the right of sweetness and flavor to balance the acid. Whether you use it as is on a salad or add it to your recipe for a grilling baste or use it in a reduction for desserts this one is a must have.
