Wild about Wild Mushroom and Sage
Getting ready for Thanksgiving planning and what better oil to play with. I made “arancini” out of farro, mushrooms and onions and used the oil to saute the veggies. Great balance. Can’t wait to use it again.
Best Flavor Infused Olive Oil I’ve Tasted
I only took a dab of this olive oil to taste as soon as it arrived. It literally bursts w/ flavor and has a very fresh, authentic taste. The sage and mushroom flavor was very evenly distributed. Got a good taste of both flavors.

This is a must for the chicken I saute for salads. Have also used it when roasting chicken. Makes me feel like Thanksgiving everytime I use it.
Best I have tasted
I bought this because I love wild mushrooms and thought I would use it on chicken or pork. I sauteed some small button mushrooms and onion in it and they were wonderful. I also used it to steaks before grilling and they were great also. I love this EVOO
The best thing ever
I bought this to go on my chicken and Pork and when I bought it I thought I had bought too much and didnt think i would ever use it all ….ok that was 2 months ago and now I am almost out of it entirely, I use it on pasta, steak ( which is awsome) pork, poultry ( awsome) & pork. Best @29.99 I ever spent and my family loves it too. I now have to drive back down there to buy more and see what other flavors I might just want….
Great Addition to Meals
Great oil with the mild and distinct mushrooom flavor with a subtle hint of sage. Great on chicken and pork.
