We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind, an Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont. This balsamic is outrageously good. Think pancakes, waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake, fruit, and… starting to sound like a scene from Forrest Gump….
Devo Vermont Maple Aged Balsamic Vinegar pairs insanely well with our Organic Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil, California Toasted Almond Oil, French Walnut Oil, Blood Orange fused EVOO, and any one of the superlative unflavored extra virgin olive oils in our collection.
Hey there! I’ve been reading your site for a while now and fillnay got the bravery to go ahead and give you a shout out from Houston Texas! Just wanted to tell you keep up the great job!
Love it on a salad. Makes a great dressing without the calories. Order the largest bottle this time.
I always have grade b maple syrup in my pantry but it isn’t always the right ingredient in dishes. This maple balsamic is awesome. I’ve used it on Brussels sprouts, in mashed sweet potatoes, and am planning on roasting carrots and making gelato. I like Eva’s use of it on burgers.
Maple Balsamic Burgers
Used this to make patties for burgers and mixed it in to the ketchup to use as a burger topping. Was absolutely wonderful, added just the right amount of tang and sweetness to the meat. I think I’ll try using it to make a syrupy dessert topping next.
